AI drafts, your advisor decides. The approval gate is enforced in the database: unapproved work is invisible to you.
Fixed fees, never a cut
Runway charges fixed fees, paid upfront. We never charge a success fee, a commission or any share of the capital you raise.
Confidential by default
Your deck and data room live in private EU storage (Frankfurt). Downloads use links that expire after 60 seconds.
Clean investor data
Business contact routes only, each with a documented legal basis. Nothing scraped from LinkedIn or anywhere else.
Conflicts in the open
Flying Aries and its founder may invest in startups, including companies that use Runway. Buying a package does not affect any investment decision, and no investment decision affects the service you receive.
Your data, your call
Export everything or ask for deletion from your portal at any time. Sharing your profile with us as investors is opt-in only.

Questions founders ask
Who is Runway for?
Founders preparing a pre-seed to growth round who want an experienced second pair of eyes on their deck, a focused list of investors to approach and a data room investors can work with.
How much of this is AI?
AI prepares the first drafts: deck scores and slide-by-slide suggestions, and one-line reasons for each investor match. The matching itself follows fixed, explainable rules. Your advisor reviews and edits every draft and approves each deliverable before you see it.
Do you introduce me to investors or take a success fee?
No. You receive a list of investors whose published criteria match your round, with a reason and a business contact route for each. You approach them yourself. We charge fixed fees only and never a success fee, commission or share of capital raised.
Flying Aries invests in startups. Is that a conflict?
It could be, so we keep it separate and say so on every report. Buying a package does not affect any investment decision. You can opt in to share your profile with Flying Aries for possible investment; it is off unless you tick it, and it changes nothing about your package.
What happens to my deck?
It is stored privately in the EU, used only to prepare your deliverables and never used to train AI models. You can delete your data from your portal at any time.
What about VAT and invoices?
Prices are net. VAT is added at checkout where it applies, based on your billing address; businesses can enter a VAT ID for the reverse charge where the law allows. Stripe issues an invoice for every order.
