Conflict of interest
Flying Aries and its founder may invest in startups, including companies that use Runway. Buying a package does not affect any investment decision, and no investment decision affects the service you receive.
Fixed fees
Runway charges fixed fees, paid upfront. We never charge a success fee, a commission or any share of the capital you raise.
How feedback is made
AI tools prepare first drafts from the material you provide. An advisor reviews, edits and approves every deliverable before you receive it. Feedback reflects the material and information available at the time and may contain errors or omissions.
Investor data
Investor profiles contain business contact routes only, compiled from sources we are permitted to use, never scraped from LinkedIn or other sites against their terms. Approach investors in a professional capacity and respect any opt-out.
Germany and the European Union
Flying Aries does not provide investment advice (Anlageberatung), investment brokerage (Anlagevermittlung) or any other investment service within the meaning of the German Banking Act (KWG), the Securities Institutions Act (WpIG) or Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFID II), and holds no licence from the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin). Runway does not offer securities, does not approach investors on your behalf and does not receive or hold money for any fundraising.
