Terms of service

1. Provider and scope

These terms apply to the Runway investor readiness packages offered by Suriyaa Sundararuban, Flying Aries, [Street and number], [Postcode] [City], Germany (“we”), to founders and their companies (“you”).

2. Packages and fees

• Deck Review (€490 plus VAT where it applies): Scores from 1 to 5 on nine criteria investors weigh; Slide-by-slide feedback with concrete rewrite suggestions; Missing slides investors expect at your stage; Reviewed and approved by an advisor before you see it; Branded PDF report; Private deck sharing links with page-by-page reading analytics.
• Investor Ready (€1,490 plus VAT where it applies): Everything in Deck Review; A matched list of 50 to 100 investors; Matched on stage, sector, geography and check size; A one-line reason for every match; CSV export for your CRM.
• Full Runway (€2,990 plus VAT where it applies): Everything in Investor Ready; Data room checklist for your stage, with upload slots; Templates: cap table, financial model skeleton, one-pager; Readiness score that updates as you complete items; Advisor review of your data room.

Runway charges fixed fees, paid upfront. We never charge a success fee, a commission or any share of the capital you raise. Fees are paid in full at checkout. VAT is calculated at checkout from your billing address and, for businesses, your VAT ID; the final amount is shown before you pay.

3. How we work

After payment you complete an intake and upload your pitch deck. AI tools prepare first drafts; your advisor reviews, edits and approves every deliverable before you receive it. Investor lists contain investors whose published criteria match your round; they are recommendations, not introductions, and we do not approach investors on your behalf. The data room checklist and templates reflect common investor requests and must be adapted to your company and jurisdiction.

4. No advice and no guarantee

This is advisory feedback on your fundraising materials. It is not investment, legal or tax advice, and no outcome, including the success, size or timing of any fundraising, is guaranteed.

Flying Aries and its founder may invest in startups, including companies that use Runway. Buying a package does not affect any investment decision, and no investment decision affects the service you receive.

5. Your materials and confidentiality

You keep all rights in your materials and grant us the right to use them solely to provide your package. We treat them as confidential, store them in the EU and do not use them to train AI models. You confirm that you may share the materials you upload.

6. Cancellation and refunds

If you ask us (by email to [contact email]) to cancel before you submit your intake, we refund the fee in full. Once you have submitted your intake, work has started and fees are not refundable, except where the law provides otherwise. [Consumers: counsel to add the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers, the information required by § 312d BGB and Art. 246a EGBGB, and the model withdrawal form, including the express request to begin the service within the withdrawal period.]

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract, and in any case to the fee paid for the package. 8. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence remain unaffected. [Counsel to confirm place of jurisdiction for business customers.]
